Reservations Individual Services: Reservations for individual services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (In some cases, certain services or personal requests may take longer than 24 hours to accommodate.) Reservations can be made on our contact page or by calling 954-732-0517 (Florida) or 858-449-9161 (California). Payment Policy Payment must be provided in full with a credit card in order to secure your appointment date. We accept all debit cards, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We do not accept cash for treatments, although our technicians can accept cash gratuities. *Appointments located outside of the greater Fort Lauderdale / San Diego areas may be subject to additional driving charges. *Packages and events are subject to a 20% automatic gratuity even when canceling. Cancellation Policy Individual Services: For a complete refund on individual services, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients giving between 6 and 23 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. Clients giving less than 6 hours notice will forfeit payment. Gratuity Individual services: If you enjoy the service(s) you received, it is customary to give 15-20% gratuity to your spa technician. |
